It’s been a while since my site was hack and I havn’t uploaded an image of the Tribal Font. It’s time I fixed that.

So I’ve been away a while now. I’ve been busy going to school. I also have a new job as a graphic designer for a company called BarMedia. Now about the font, I’ve been interested in Acient Mayan art for a while now and I think I’m going to use that as my inspiration. So my plan for my next font whenever it actually starts to emerge from my brain will be a Mayan font.

I’m releasing my HandFont. I’m not sure if I think it’s done but I’m putting it up anyway. Let me know if there is anything that needs changing.

I’m almost completly done with a new font. Yes it is the crap font. So far I’m calling it “handfont” because I can’t think of a better name. If anyone has suggestions I’m open. I’m waiting till I have the whole thing before I post it. Let me know if you want to see it as it is.

Now if I could only make myself do school work. Ah well, that will come later this week. Hopefully I’ll see this font done before next week.

I’m putting together a fast font that most people will think is crappy, and rightly so. It’s sharpie on paper which I then scanned. I then ran it through inkscape to trace and then I’m putting it into fontforge to make my font. I guess the world can use one more hand writting font.

Me and a friend are planing to create a new font. We havn’t settled on a look yet but we do have a name. Our new font is going to be called “tigerpark”… It’s an inside joke. We do plan on having it as a font family with regular, italic, and bold.

So I just wanted to state again that the Tribal font I have here is created by me (Benji Park) and I place this font in the public domain. You are free to use the font for any use public or private. This font is listed on the Open Font Library and hopfully this will be a great repository of public domain fonts. I created this font as a result of my involvment the Open Clipart Library.

Su just to let everyone know, my site got hacked and I lost all my data. I’m having to redo everything so it will take a little time to get all the content back up. For now I’m going to just post the Tribal Font again.
